Johnnie Blissett has deep roots in the community, and has long been dedicated to serving it. Among his many commitments, he has been very active in Bowling Green and it's faith community. Mr. Blissett is a visionary who has been committed to making a difference as an active resident of Bowling Green, especially in the faith community. He has been a member of the Local 89 Teamster’s Union for over 16 years.

He is a visionary with years of management experience who is a qualified to provide exemplary customer service to those in the
district.  With a fresh perspective, Mr. Blissett is focused on creating streamlined processes to simplify the operations of the Warren County Clerk’s Office.  Mr. Blissett and his wife, Kristina, are the proud parents of three daughters, Kaitlin, Jonae’a and Jocelyn.
